• Plain-English takeaways derived from public filings and reporting
• Free browsing of supported company reports
• Optional Premium subscriptions with deeper metrics and personal watchlists
• Email newsletter and product update communications
• Account dashboard for subscription and preference management

Account creation

To use account-based features, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Billing and auto-renewal

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled
• You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for your selected plan
• You can cancel auto-renewal from your account dashboard or Stripe customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

Refunds

We do not offer refunds except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. If a price change applies to your plan, we will notify you before it takes effect on a future renewal.

Personal use

Each account is intended for individual use. You may not:

• Share account credentials with multiple people
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Scrape, bulk download, or systematically copy site content without permission
• Resell, republish, or redistribute SmartStockWatch content as a competing service

No misuse of the platform

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service

Effect of termination

• Paid access ends at the conclusion of your current billing period unless terminated earlier for cause
• Free browsing features may remain available without an account where applicable
• We may retain limited records as required by law or for billing, security, and fraud prevention
